This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled. You may login or create an account in here.

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn Points tab in the menu.

You will be able to see your points balance on the header of our reward page, when you are logged in. You can also check your points balance by logging into your account.

Select the tab called Redeem Points. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.

You can redeem points at checkout if you have at least 100 points ($5). The option appears just below the promo code field.

If you don’t see it, your after discount total may not meet the $80 minimum spend required for direct redemption.

You can still exchange points for a fixed discount coupon, with varying minimum spend, and apply the code manually at checkout.

Yes. Each reward tier has its own minimum spend requirement.

Once you have enough points, click “Get Reward” to see the requirement before confirming.

Yes! As a thank you to our loyal customers, we’ve automatically added points based on your purchases from January to April 2025, or converted your points from our previous loyalty program (if applicable).

Yes — as long as you used the same email for your purchase and for creating your account.

We launched our loyalty program on 5 June, 2025. From this date forward, we reward points for purchases made within the past 3 months, starting from 5 June 2025.

For example, if you join in July, you can still receive points for purchases made in June — but not for any purchases made prior to the launch date.

• Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
• Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals, with a waiting period in place to account for potential returns.
• Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase.

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
